Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack's platform and are never received or stored on our servers. We only receive the outcome of the transaction.
Third-Party Services We Use
We work with a small number of trusted processors: Paystack (payments), Brevo (transactional and marketing email), Supabase (hosting of this website and its database, including product images), and Google (sign-in and analytics where used). Each processes data only to provide its service to us and under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your shopping cart, and maintain secure sessions. These are essential to the functioning of the store. We do not currently serve personalised advertising cookies.
Data Retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active or as required by law (for example, for accounting and warranty purposes). When you ask us to delete your data, we remove what we are able to within 30 days, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
Your Rights
You can update your profile information from your account at any time. You may also request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
