Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchase with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your login details secure. We may close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, or resale without authorisation.

Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product images and descriptions accurate, but colours and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Promotions run for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including when items are out of stock or pricing errors are identified. Payment is processed securely by Paystack and is due at the time of purchase. A confirmed order creates a binding contract between you and Sissy's Luxury.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Estimated delivery times — normally 3–7 business days after processing — are guidelines, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Our full Returns policy is available on the Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, branding, and text — is the property of Sissy's Luxury and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sissy's Luxury is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
